From the time you land on our website to long after your event is over, we’re working hard to get all the details right. Managing information like emails between you and our staff, writing contracts, entering your event in our online portal, creating timelines and so much more. We’ve honed our processes to perfection over the years – pre-event preparation, post event recaps, post event follow ups, finalizing playlists – we bust our behinds from day one to make sure you have the greatest event possible!

Once we receive your inquiry, we begin gathering all kinds of info to help us plan your event – we do site inspections, research drive times and locations, determine equipment, etc. We also prep the music, organize the show itself, and manage announcements. Once we have the data we need, we can prepare your financial analysis and create detailed proposals so you can know exactly what you’re paying for.
