We trusted a great referral from our venue with Chris and Epic Entertainment and glad that we did. Price was reasonable enough that we didn’t need to haggle and with how easy our experience was, the value can’t be beat. Great communication leading up to the event prepping our playlist and taking notes of our hard no’s for guest requests. He worked seamlessly with all our vendors and had phenomenal execution with the itinerary of the night even though we were behind schedule for things out of control. Definitely kept the party going all night and was super attentive to myself and the bride without being obtrusive (he asked her for permission to play one of our hard no’s a guest requested instead of just telling them no which was great). He already landed another job from our coordinator and we would strongly recommend again. Thanks Chris!

Chris was our DJ and provided such a great experience. He was responsive to emails, scheduled a phone call the week of the wedding to confirm everything, and did an excellent job on the day of. The online form is honestly a little overwhelming at first but I see why they need it and it clearly helped Chris know what type of music we enjoyed. Every song played was one our guests enjoyed. Chris brought an assistant, Wave, with him, and when the guests took a dancing break Wave kept it going which everyone loved. We also used Epic for our photobooth which was so much fun. We didn’t want a traditional guest book for the wedding, but the book included with the photobooth ended up being perfect. People pasted their pictures inside and wrote messages and it was super fun to look at it later! Highly recommend Epic for your wedding!

Chris Bailey is an absolute RockStar! I love him and he was a perfect fit for our wedding. He was a true professional and helped me in the planning process (which their online planning tool was really cool!), and also helped with the timing and flow of the reception that night. He really cares and came to me several times during the evening to make sure things went smoothly. He was super flexible and made it all come together. Thanks, Chris!!!

Chris was wonderful! During the planning process we had a couple phone conversations with him and he was great. He listened to what we wanted and answered any questions we had. Chris had not been to our venue before so he arrived early to get acquainted with the property and make sure everything ran smoothly and he did not charge us for the extra time. The lighting and the music was great and we would not hesitate to book him again or recommend him to others!

Epic Entertainment made our wedding the party of the year! Chris Bailey was our DJ and he played the best music all night! We had about 200 guests and at any given time there were 150 on the dance floor from start to finish! Their online system made it easy to input our music choices over time and change things when we needed. Chris made several phone calls over the course of our planning to ask if we needed any help. He was incredibly professional, double checked everything we had chosen on our online forms, and ask questions to make our day so smooth. The night went so great and Chris took care of timing with our coordinator. I cannot say enough how much our guests loved our DJ! They danced all night and it was so much fun. During the ceremony the music went off without a hitch and the dinner music was absolutely beautiful. We also used Epic Entertainment’s uplighting services which transformed the room into such a beautiful space. Absolutely worth hiring for a seamless and fun wedding!

Chris at Epic was amazing to work with. He not only had the guests moving all night with fantastic music, he also helped us plan the schedule for the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly and went as planned. He was available for questions whenever we needed him and was extremely quick in responding. I am so thankful and happy that we found Chris and Epic Entertainment. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun party/experience. It could not have been better!!

Chris Bailey and Epic Entertainment made our wedding the best day ever, not just for my husband and me, but for all 200 of our guests as well! Chris was so kind, helpful, and responsive during the eight months working together leading up to our wedding. He was genuinely enthusiastic about our wedding and put his heart and soul into making our day very special. We hired Chris for the standard DJ package along with a high quality photo booth, which our guests LOVED. The music was phenomenal – it was everything my husband and I could have imagined and more!!! I HIGHLY recommend Epic Entertainment for any event…we hope to have them again at future parties we throw, such as our anniversary parties!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars because Epic Entertainment and Chris definitely deserve it.

I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars! Chris was so wonderful to work with. He was very organized and really helped me to bring the look of the venue full circle with the lighting package. He tailored everything to exactly what I needed. I even had an almost freak out on the day of the wedding when I showed up and the crystal accents were missing from the metal chandeliers I had rented from another company. I told Chris immediately and by the time I went and took a few photos in the vineyard and came back, he had called a different nearby vendor, got some of their crystals (which were actually prettier than the original ones the other company forgot to deliver) and had them on my lights and ready for showtime! I love when vendors can problem solve in a pinch and make it look seamless. Thanks Epic and thank you Chris!

We recently had our wedding at the Madonna Inn. We worked with Chris and he did an amazing job!
The online planner was easy to navigate and was perfect for laying out a plan for the day. It also included a lot of song recs for each activity, which was helpful. On the day of, Chris organized a lot of the activities for the day and was a de facto wedding planner. He moved us through each of the activities and made sure the energy was right.
DJ Services: Chris did an amazing job of mixing the right music for our wedding! During the dancing portion, he kept the energy super high and during the dinner portion, he picked perfect slower songs. He really understood the kind of music we wanted. We love Disney and as a special touch, he played “Be Our Guest” from Beauty and The Beast when the wait staff started serving salads, which was so fun! What we also really appreciated was that the DJ kept the focus on the party and the fun, rather than being one of those DJ’s constantly talking to the crowd and making themselves the center of attention. He did a great job of keeping the party going!
Photobooth: All of our guests loved it and people loved having the picture strips to bring home with them. The box of props was really fun too! The book that we got at the end of the night with picture strips and notes from our guests was an awesome keepsake. Also, while our guests were waiting for our big entrance, the photobooth attendant made sure that we took a second to take a picture in the photobooth, so we could share in the fun of it, since we would have forgotten otherwise!
Lighting: The room we were in was green and our wedding colors were pink and blue, and they did an awesome job of combining the colors in a fun way without it seeming busy. It really made our sweetheart table pop!
Overall: We were so happy with the job that Epic did and would strongly recommend to anybody else in the area!

We were so lucky to have Chris Bailey as the DJ for our wedding! He did our ceremony and reception music and provided a photo booth as well. Chris was so easy to work with from the start. He’s clearly been in the business for a long time because he had answers for every question we had and he had great suggestions for things we were unsure about. The best part about having Chris DJ our wedding was that the dance floor was packed the entire night! We gave him some basic guidelines for what music we like and what we thought our guests would want to hear, but gave him free reign on the majority of the music choices. He read the crowd and was completely successful at having people out of their seats the whole night.
Besides that, he’s the nicest person in the world and was super responsive to us. He’s very professional and has a great knowledge of events and appropriate music for any event he does. We were so, so lucky to have had Chris and would highly recommend his service to anyone who wants to have an awesome party!

All I have to say is WOW!!! To us, the DJ is one of the top most important vendors at a wedding. We knew Chris and Epic Entertainment would be great based on their great personalities, responsiveness, and professionalism while planning our wedding, BUT once the event actually came, they surpassed any expectations we had. Chris seamlessly created a flow to our wedding that made our day absolutely PERFECT. Not to mention he played all the music we requested, and was able to play off our taste in music to add some more in the mix. The dance floor was packed and everyone: young, old, even friends who usually don’t dance were out on the floor. We had multiple compliments from our guests about how great our DJ was. Not only was the music great, but we had a lighting package that took our decor to the next level. I had a vision in my head of what my wedding would look like, but with Chris’ lighting package, he was able to highlight all of the beautiful details I included and just really made the room look spectacular. All in all, the wedding was a huge success and Epic Entertainment had to do with most of the success 🙂
