Who We Are

 

Butlerz is a growing event rental company, located in Grover Beach, CA., that provides rentals on the Central Coast including furniture, tables, chairs, linens, heaters, umbrellas, and other catering supplies, for events such as weddings, parties, holidays, corporate events and more.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

A large portion of this position is event-based, and the dates, times and locations will always be specified by the client, so punctuality and attendance are crucial.

As a Butlerz Delivery & Warehouse Associate, you will stay busy with multiple important tasks, such as:

  • Loading company vehicles with event rental items efficiently, driving to different venues to unload and set-up rental equipment, and then breaking down rentals and re-loading and returning rental equipment back to the Butlerz Warehouse.
  • You will be responsible for making sure company vehicles stay fueled and report any possible maintenance issues to your supervisor regarding the vehicles or equipment.
  • When bringing rentals back to the warehouse, you will be responsible for inspecting any rentals for defects or damage, as well as cleaning all rentals (i.e., chairs, tables, washing dishes and linens, etc.).
  • You will be responsible for taking inventory of rentals and reporting any inventory issues to your supervisor.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients is crucial! You will be expected to communicate effectively, professionally, and politely.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • ➢  Must be 18 years or older.
  • ➢  Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • ➢  Must be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings.
  • ➢  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, and be able to movefurniture and other equipment on varying terrain (i.e., stairs, beach, concrete,grass, etc.)
  • ➢  Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, lift, and stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • ➢  Must have good communication skills for interacting and coordinating with co-workers. Must be a team player!!

➢ Must have organizational skills.
➢ Must be punctual and dependable – good timekeeping is essential for this role. ➢ Background check required.

Full-time position available (30-45 hours/week); Part-time position available (15-25 hours/week); no previous experience or qualifications are necessary as training (paid) is provided. Previous event set-up, warehouse, and/or delivery experience is desirable, but not necessary.

 

Pay & Benefits

 

This position starts at $17/hour and has the potential for raises and possible growth within the company.

**Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available to *FULL-TIME employees ONLY* after the introductory period is completed. Eleven paid federal holidays available to FULL-TIME employees ONLY as well.**
