How we make your wedding awesome!

Step 1: The Nuts & Bolts

From the time you land on our website to long after your event is over, we’re working hard to get all the details right. Managing information like emails between you and our staff, writing contracts, entering your event in our online portal, creating timelines and so much more. We’ve honed our processes to perfection over the years – pre-event preparation, post event recaps, post event follow ups, finalizing playlists – we bust our behinds from day one to make sure you have the greatest event possible!

Step 2: ASKING ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS!

Once we receive your inquiry, we begin gathering all kinds of info to help us plan your event – we do site inspections, research drive times and locations, determine equipment, etc. We also prep the music, organize the show itself, and manage announcements. Once we have the data we need, we can prepare your financial analysis and create detailed proposals so you can know exactly what you’re paying for.

Step 3: Creative Planning

This is our secret sauce! If you’re wondering why so many people hire us every year, this is why. Our consultation meetings cover everything you could think of and we offer unlimited consultations! The final consultation is a deep dive into your wedding’s music and entertainment. We will walk through the layout together, lighting, special effects, timeline, music curation and more. This stage is truly a collaborative effort – teamwork makes the dream work! This is one of the most vital steps of ensuring a successful wedding!

Step 4: The Big Day!

Our contract outlines everything we’ll provide, but that’s just the starting point. On your actual wedding day, we go above and beyond to make sure that the setup, final checks, tear down and every other aspect of your day that we control are flawless and smooth. We’re confident you’re going to love us!
